This first version collects information only when a visitor submits a lead or newsletter form. Formal policy language must be reviewed and approved before public launch outside this private build.
Current data map
Lead forms collect the information a visitor chooses to provide, including contact details, requested service, timing, criteria, and a consent record. Newsletter forms collect first name, email, and an optional ZIP code or area of interest.
Current use
Information is stored so Trent can respond to the request and organize follow-up. CRM, email, automation, analytics, and advertising integrations are not represented as active until approved credentials and policy language are connected.
